What is ACA Community ACTS?
ACTS is a school-wide initiative to promote
Action in Community Through Service! (Acts 2:42-47)
We wanted something other than your well-known PTA or PTF fundraising group that only meets occasionally and don’t really know who each other are.
We wanted more.
The community that we have here at ACA is unlike many schools, as we as a group made up of many different families, have the opportunity to come together, not just to educate our children academically but also serve one another physically and spiritually. Our school and school experience as students, parents, administrators and teachers, is only as good as we allow God to make it.
ACTS purpose is to foster opportunities to get to know each other, to fellowship with each other, to support each other and grow in our own personal relationships with the Lord.
-We want to encourage one another. (Hebrews 10:24,25)
-We want to enjoy each other’s company. (Psalm 133:1-3
-We want to attract the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 18:19,20)
-We want to foster love for one another. (Colossians 3:13-17)
