Placement: Space: 10’ x 10’

  • Vendor must provide table and all supplies. Tables must be festive for the Christmas Season.
  • This is an indoor/outdoor event and will be held throughout St. Andrew’s Reformed Episcopal Church/ACA.
  • Electricity may be available with prior approval from event coordinator.
  • Vendors may set up on Friday at 3:30pm and must break down by Saturday 4pm
  • Vendors will be allowed to shop from 8am-9am Saturday  

 

Participation: The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for local crafters, entrepreneurs and cottage industries to share and sell their talents to the community. This event is free to the public and will be highly advertised via newspapers, Spirit FM and other venues. Vendors may participate by donating $50 to ACA and (1) Gift Basket valued at $25 for a raffle. This is a donation to a non-profit organization. Anyone wishing receipt for tax purposes should send an email to appochristmasmarket@gmail.com. 

NOTE: Food, coffee, beverages will be on-site for purchase on Saturday.  Cottage industries will be limited to one vendor for the event and registered first-come first-serve. All rights reserved to accept/reject an application with/without explanation.
